General Purpose: The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by maintaining employee records, monitoring attendance, coordinating temporary staffing and onboarding, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures compliance with company policies and supports HR programs such as uniform distribution, recognition events, and community campaigns.
