The role of Equipment Coordinator is an entry level position within our Medical Equipment Planning team. A Coordinator provides critical administrative and technical support to experienced Equipment Planners as a key part of projects that fulfill the most functional aspect of any healthcare project. As a Coordinator you will gain exposure and mentoring to medical equipment planning skills, products, planning tools, and client interaction.

In the role of Equipment Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Provide administrative support to our Equipment Planners
  • Analyze tasks and set daily priorities to independently meet required deadlines
  • Attend client planning meetings with Equipment Planners and extract and organize information gathered during Planner-led meetings and implement revisions as directed
  • Be responsible for managing information within equipment planning database
  • Support Equipment Planners in all aspects of user meeting preparation, documentation, and implementation, as directed
  • Engage with clients, when and as directed, to gather required information and provide technical information
  • Prepare deliverable for project deadlines, including reports, data sheets and narratives
  • Assist in equipment procurement process via client user meetings, vendor communication, documentation, and schedule tracking
  • Assist in equipment inventory and documentation
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to communicate and fulfill information exchanges.
  • Gain an understanding of medical equipment functions and solutions.
  • Occasional travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in an Architectural, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare field
  • 2-4 years experience within the Medical Equipment Planning or Supply Chain a plus
  • Experience in Materials Management/Procurement a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting multiple projects and teams, is critical
  • Highly organized, task driven, and able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Experience in Materials Management/Procurement a plus
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
