Summary
Performs a variety of human resources support duties, including record maintenance, employment screening, compensation/benefits administration, and new employee processing.
Essential Functions
-Enters, maintains and audits employee information in HR systems.
-Answers inquiries and provides information for routine HR requests.
-Assists with new hire processing and onboarding process.
-Assists with projects, including gathering information and providing reports.

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Related Field of Study preferred or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
  • Experience can be accepted in lieu of a degree

Experience

  • Experience in a business or customer service setting, providing administrative or customer service 0-1 year preferred

  • - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • - Good computer literacy.
  • - Organizational, teamwork, collaboration and customer service skills.
  • - Professionalism and maturity in dealing with confidential information.
  • - Problem solving and process improvement skills.
  • - Ability to acquire new skills and technical knowledge with appropriate training and to apply learned skills with minimal supervision.
