What You Will Do to Change Lives

The Internship Program Manager will design and build a strategic enterprise-wide internship program that creates a strong future candidate pool, and builds on Telecare's reputation as a choice employer. This role will be responsible for developing strong university partnerships, ensuring appropriate certifications to establish Telecare as a leading student partner, and building Telecare's reputation in the behavioral health industry to attract more individuals to the field. The objective of this role is to build a diverse talent pipeline, to enhance intern conversion to regular Telecare employees, and to create a world-class internship experience aligned with organizational goals.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $83,685.70 - $103,382.28.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience working with educational system partners and field placement administration, marketing, human or social services, or general HR.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience with project organization and management
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
