Hourly Pay Range:

$23.24 - $34.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Position: Administrative Assistant III
  • Location: Primarily at Skokie Hospital
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm hours may flex based on department needs
  • Required Travel: Travel to Highland Park and Glenbrook Hospitals may be required

A Brief Overview:

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Skokie Hospital
  • Provide Administrative Support to Department Leaders (Vice Chair and Division Chief of Pain Medicine) managing their schedules, correspondence, and communications.
  • Coordinate and Manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Monthly Hiring, Onboarding and Orienting of Anesthesia Trainees (SRNAs and Residents)
  • Manage Anesthesia Trainee Schedules
  • Collect and Process Self-pay and Cosmetic Anesthesia Payments for Offsite Surgical Center
  • Collaborate with financial services and billing departments to resolve patient payment inquiries
  • Submit Provider Reimbursements and Departmental Invoices
  • Basic Administrative Duties (answer phone, schedule department meetings)
  • Coordinate large department events, workshops, and business lunches/dinners.
  • Other duties as assigned
