Please note this is a hybrid role in Cupertino, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

This innovative company, a leader in its industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Program Manager to lead organic search efforts in the Americas. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's marketing strategies and work with a diverse team of professionals.

As the SEO Program Manager, you will:



  • Develop and execute organic search strategies for products and services in the Americas region.
  • Achieve SEO revenue targets by implementing regionally relevant optimizations.
  • Develop AI-focused content strategies to align with evolving search models.
  • Identify AI optimization opportunities and collaborate with regional teams to share insights.
  • Analyze search trends, identify opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leads to promote seasonal and commercial campaigns in organic search results.
  • Partner with product management to understand the SEO impact of technical projects and provide requirements.
  • Champion the SEO program and communicate its impact on financial and brand goals.
  • Continuously test SEO hypotheses, analyze results, and apply learnings.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, specializing in technical and content SEO.
  • Expert understanding of SEO analytics, including analyzing results and presenting them to stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO best practices across major search engines.
  • Understanding of AI Search and behavior of major AI answer engines and agents.
  • Knowledge of content strategy and copy optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience managing complex international, large-scale, and time-critical SEO projects.
