Role Overview

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new customer accounts, supporting sales reps with business that does not yet have an assigned CSP.

  • Act as a go-to resource to initiate the contracting process and ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Work across a variety of customers and products, with flexibility to adapt to different needs.

  • Manage a select portfolio of permanent accounts as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales to launch new customer accounts, guiding them through the contracting process and ensuring timely, accurate execution.

  • Nurture customer relationships to drive high satisfaction and retention levels.

  • Manage required space allocations in compliance with internal processes.

  • Support tender negotiations by handling credit requests, BAF requests, NAP management, and coordinating with TCM on opportunity updates in SFDC.

  • Assist with Logistics & Services (L&S) negotiations and quotations, aligning closely with TCM and Product teams.

  • Lead contract efforts for Ocean and L&S, including sharing nominations with TCM, ensuring accurate FMC filing, and obtaining customer signatures.

  • Oversee Ocean contract management, including rate reviews, BAF updates, lane changes, and ensuring extensions are executed.

  • Manage waiver requests within the GAM process.

  • Track customer performance with proactive follow-up on forecasts.

  • Facilitate customer escalations and manage internal resolutions.

  • Ensure invoice quality and monitor vendor performance.

  • Handle all customer lift reporting requirements.

Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
