We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our growing Advisory Services team. You will play an important part in supporting program/project teams and assisting with daily program/project tasks. We offer flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work out of any Parametrix office, with the option for hybrid or fully remote work.

You Will:

• Build strong relationships with program and project teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Perform initial quality control checks on program/project documents, focusing on formatting, proofreading, and agreement on graphical standards.
• Support project setup and organization.
• Maintain master documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Handle data entry tasks.
• Help coordinate contracts and managing associated documentation.
• Support the processing and tracking of invoices to ensure payment.
• Manage program and project documentation to maintain organization and accessibility.
• Help track program and project budgets and financial progress.
• Anticipate program and project needs and interpret team input.

You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience coordinating projects in the AEC industry

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $60-70k.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
