About the Role
Provide solution-oriented leadership and employee professional development to the GDLS US Compliance and Operations team.
Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
  • Compliance
    • Ensure GDLS systems are compliant and approved to USG requirements (CPSR, MMAS, Accounting...)
    • Support external customer (DCAA and DCMA) and internal customer (PWC, KPMG, BSI) audits
    • Ensure SCM Business processes, policies and procedures, and documents are compliant to external and internal regulation and requirements (i.e. FAR, DFARS, ITAR, SOX, ISO...)
    • Support and ensure cybersecurity and CMMC compliance of the GDLS supply base and the GDLS enterprise
  • Operations
    • Maintain and support a GDLS supplier diversity program and meets contractual objectives and reporting requirements
    • Provide enterprise support for operational activities that include supplier on-boarding and data management, P-card program management, Non-Disclosure Agreement administration, Novation/Name Change Agreements, and functional annual indirect budget management
    • Provide and maintain a SCM training program that meets current and future organizational needs
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Streamline and modernize existing business processes/ IT applications through the use of new technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, BOTS, ...
    • Support current and emerging SCM Roadmap initiatives including transition to a Global SCM organization

Qualifications Sought
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7-10 years experience required.
  • Some travel is expected, but must be willing to travel.
