Regional Processes & Standards Owner supports the execution of process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within their assigned location(s). Working closely with the Manager, this role ensures day-to-day adherence to established operating procedures, collects and analyzes operational data, and contributes to projects that promote process improvements and operational efficiency.

Regional Processes & Standards Owner acts as a resource for local teams, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to consistently meet performance and compliance requirements.

What will you be doing?

  • Apply established global and regional standard operating procedures (SOPs) in daily operations.

  • Provide feedback to the Manager on process challenges and improvement opportunities.

  • Maintain process documentation, checklists, and work instructions.

  • Support the deployment and embedding of the Smith+Nephew Operating System.

  • Collect, validate, and report KPI data from assigned operations.

  • Assist in preparing performance dashboards and audit materials.

  • Identify and flag deviations from standards for corrective action.

  • Support compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety requirements.

  • Assist in delivering process-related training sessions to frontline teams.

  • Serve as a first point of contact for process-related questions from site personnel.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or process support roles.

  • Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies a plus.

  • Domestic and international travel up to 50%.

  • Proficient in MoveMedical and ERP systems such as SAP, AX, WebOps, or Totvs.

  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling commonly occur for long periods of time.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Skilled in data analysis, KPI reporting, and operational troubleshooting.

  • Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without direct authority.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 - $120,450.00 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, job-related knowledge/skills, geographic allocation. You will be entitled to receive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and a variety of wellness offerings.
