Administrative Assistant

QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team at Moody Air Force Base near Valdosta, Georgia. This position involves a wide range of administrative and technical tasks in direct support of our mission to serve the military community.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, no more than 40 hours per week, excluding holidays or closures, (flex schedule between 0700-1800), with a non-billable lunch hour. No telework available at this time.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• This role plays a key part in the development of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support program and project management functions that benefit military personnel and their families.

• Degree/Education: High School Degree General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
• Professional Certification: Must have American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) OR American Red Cross CPR/BLS Heart Saver.
• Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience.

• Advanced knowledge in the use of Power Point, Excel, and Word software, capable of editing, enveloping, and reformatting complex formats (graphics, tables within text, revising and update spreadsheets, etc.).
• Fully capable of collecting, compiling, editing, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Fully capable of developing and editing lengthy, complicated reports that may require multiple software formats.
• Knowledgeable in development, implementation, interpretation, and short- and long-term tracking of surveys and critiques.
