Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representativelocated at our Brillion, WI location. This role is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact between AriensCo and our valued customers! In this position, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional products and services, helping customers find the best solutions to meet their needs. Your support will make a real impact and help us continue building strong, lasting relationships.

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Order processing for customers as it relates to the parts business: US & Canadian Dealers, National Accounts, State & Government Agencies, International Distributors, Consumer Credit Card Orders and Internal Customers

  • Responsible for external and internal order processing, RMA's, product registration support, and dealer locator support

  • Responsible for successful communication in support of the customer with the internal teams of technical assistance center, distribution center staff and sourcing

  • Apply field promotions ensuring pricing and terms are executed correctly

  • Communicate process and system issues related to order processing to leadership

  • Credit card order processing

  • Use judgment to evaluate need for exceptions to policies to meet customer expectations while keeping in mind established guidelines and procedures

  • Actively attend and participate in required trainings

  • Stay current with system and product information, changes and updates

  • Responsible to identify and implement process improvements for work flows

  • Assist with customers' general questions and warranty support

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • High School Diploma required; two-year post-high school program preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics

  • The ability to multi-task or change direction on short notice

  • The ability to support special projects and additional duties as assigned
