Facility Maintenance - Remodel and Reservation

DUTIES:

Patch & Repair Drywall

Replace Plumbing Fixtures

Replace Electrical Outlets and Fixtures

Fix leaky pipes

Replace doorknobs

Install sub floors and countertops

Maintains tools and maintenance equipment to ensure they are in good working order; keeps maintenance room in neat condition.

Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle ( please show license proof with submittal)

If candidates are selected, they will first have to take a test which will consist of: changing a 2- and 3-way light socket, change out a doorknob and lock, fix a pipe under a sink.

$18-$24/hour
