Defense Mission Security Program Manager The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and askquestions others don't. As a Defense Mission Security Program Manager, you'll bring your leadership and technical expertise to work alongside thought leadersin operations, engineering, and sustainment on various defense mission and security projects for one of our high-profile customers. You'll use your skills and expertise as you assist our customer in program managing security and force protection hardware systems and operations securing resources and facilities while overseeing effective and efficient physical security strategies across multiple geographic sites and airfields in the U.S. and overseas. Work with us to help our customer develop strategic framework concept of operations and doctrine to safeguard national defense assets and personnel from various security threats. You'll implement long-term risk management decision strategies aligning resources and requirements for effective security operations and help oversee command and control centers monitoring daily defensive counter measures and intrusion detection systems operations directing security response. You will manage defensive counter measure and intrusion detection hardware systems and training for security teams deploying worldwide and develop comprehensive plans and solutions synchronizing physical security, anti-terrorism, and force protection technologies, regulations, and operational best practices. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
