UI/Product Designer (Eastern/Central US Time Zone)

As a Product/UI Designer, you will be part of the driving force behind the execution of our product's user interface. You won't just be moving pixels; you'll be a critical partner in bringing our design vision to life with precision and care.

• Execute with Excellence: Translate product requirements and UX concepts into beautiful, intuitive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces that are ready for development.
• Master the Design System: Work deeply within Figma, leveraging and contributing to our established design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform.
• Collaborate Seamlessly: Partner closely with product managers to understand goals, and with engineers to ensure your designs are implemented to the highest standard.
• Think Holistically: Look beyond the immediate task to understand how your work connects to the broader user experience and product ecosystem.
• Prioritize and Juggle: Gracefully manage multiple projects at once, applying the right amount of effort to the right things at the right time. You know when a design is "good enough" and when it needs another layer of polish.

• You're a Figma Wizard: You work with an expert level of proficiency in Figma. Components, auto-layout, and variables are your native language.

• You have experience working on complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
• You have a healthy skepticism and a thoughtful approach to adopting new technologies and AI tools, focusing on how they can genuinely improve workflow and outcomes.

• In the spirit of transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring beyond the base range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
