Title: Product Development Co-op (January - May 2026, August - December 2026)
Location: Angleton, Texas

Salary: $30.00 / hour
Housing Stipend Available

Focus: The Product Development Co-op supports Technical Services and R&D through data analysis, experiments, and research for Epoxy. This role will support efforts related to new product and applications development.

Product Development Co-op Essential Job Functions:

* Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need

* Plan and execute lab experiments in accordance with project plans

* Analyze data, interpret results, and communicate findings

* Conduct literature searches to increase technical understanding, identify gaps, and validate hypothesis

* Follow guidance for safe operations in the lab

Product Development Co-Op Minimum Requirements:

* Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Chemical Engineering degree program. Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location.

* Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.

* Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin

* Ability to work full time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) either January - May 2026 or August - December 2026. Not eligible for virtual work.

* Preference will be given to candidates with availability and desire to work a minimum of three (3) terms with no more than one of those terms occurring over the summer

* Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa

* Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)

* A Valid US Driver's license is required
