We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Systems Analyst to support the maintenance, development, and optimization of our financial systems.

In this role, you will work closely finance, IT and other cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial data and systems processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career at the intersection of finance and technology.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the management and administration of financial systems (e.g., ERP, reporting tools, budgeting platforms).
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support implementation of new financial systems or upgrades, including data migration, testing, and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Help develop and maintain user guides, documentation , and training materials.
• Conduct basic data analysis and reconciliation to ensure system accuracy.
• Assist with the management of user permissions and system configurations.
• Participate in internal audits and support compliance initiatives.
• Take personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with financial systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills and an understanding of financial reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or other reporting/analytics tools.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Project management or business analysis exposure is a plus.
• Experience with system implementation or process automation, preferred.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in finance, accounting or financial systems support role.
