We are seeking a self-directed and motivated candidate to join our national field team as a Field Risk Specialist (FRS) on a part-time basis. This position is responsible for conducting inventory audits at wholesale and retail dealer locations within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include physically verifying floorplanned inventory, reviewing dealership records, documenting missing inventory, and consulting with dealer personnel regarding audit results. Future responsibilities may expand to include additional field service and risk management activities.

Essential Functions:



  • Verify in-stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers for each unit.
  • Meet with dealership personnel to determine the disposition of missing inventory.
  • Review and verify the authenticity of dealer records and documentation related to sold, missing, or damaged units.
  • Confirm the status of MSOs and titles.
  • Record unit status and dealer visit information in the mobile audit application.
  • Review and discuss audit results with dealer staff.
  • Communicate findings with internal representatives regarding audit results, dealer conditions, and potential risks.


Requirements:



  • Candidates must be located in one of the listed regions.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy required.
  • Occasional travel outside of the local territory may be required.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes on occasion.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Prior audit field experience is helpful but not required
