Job Description

The Senior SAP EAM Functional Analyst position is critical in delivering high-value, enterprise-wide solutions that support the reliability and performance of our physical assets. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), strong business process knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Lead the EAM workstream in project scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
* Collaborate with IT product managers and business stakeholders to assess and improve current processes.
* Translate business requirements into SAP solution designs aligned with industry best practices.
* Configure SAP PM modules including equipment hierarchies, measurement points, work orders, and settlements.
* Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and coordinate testing and integration.
* Support data mapping and conversion using SAP migration tools.
* Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
* Contribute to training, documentation, and knowledge transfer efforts.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.

Job Related Experience:

* Minimum Level: 3-5 years
* Preferred Level: 6-10 years



Education
* Bachelor's degree is required and majors in computer science, computer information systems, or related technology field is preferred.


Skills Required
* 3-7 years of SAP PM implementation experience, including at least two full lifecycle projects.
* 3+ years of experience with SAP functional specifications and RICEFW development.
* Strong understanding of SAP PM integration with MM/IM, FI, and HR modules.



Skills Preferred
* Experience with Fiori-based SAP applications and data migration tools.
* Experience with S/4HANA or SAP Cloud solutions.
* Familiarity with HP ALM or Quality Center.
* Knowledge of Planning & Scheduling tools.
* Exposure to additional SAP modules (MM, PS, FI/CO, HR, QM, PP).
* Understanding of integration technologies (IDOCs, BAPIs, RESTful APIs, PI/PO).
* Experience with LSMW and other mass update tools.
* Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
