Location: Wilmington, MA 01887 Workplace Type: On-site Schedule: Monday-Friday (one weekday off), open to working Saturday or Sunday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Placement Type: Contract to Hire (4 months) Pay Rate: $21/hr | plus commission Division: Customer Support | Segment: Customer Support Job Code: Customer Service Rep. *About the Role* Client is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, fun, and collaborative office in Wilmington. This role is ideal for someone with a strong personality, competitive spirit, and a desire to grow in a sales career-even if you're just entering. *Key Responsibilities* Lead Management & Outreach Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on warm leads. Conduct outbound calls to generate new business. Qualify leads and schedule consultations (in-home or virtual). *Customer Engagement* Build a rapport with homeowners to understand renovation needs. Present clients services clearly and persuasively. Provide accurate product, pricing, and timeline information. *Sales Process Execution* Maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Set Appointments to secure Hot leads Collaborate with field reps and project managers for smooth handoffs. *Performance & Reporting* Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Track and report key performance metrics. Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback. *Must-Have Skills* High school diploma Some sales experience (retail, door-to-door, etc.) Strong personality and competitive nature Excellent communication and customer service skills *Nice-to-Haves* Retail sales experience Experience in fast-paced environments Consultative phone sales experience *Why Join Us?* Growth Opportunities: We promote from within.
