Billing Specialist - Foothill Ranch, CA (Temp to Hire, On-Site)

We're seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring billing and vendor invoices are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate and review customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency

  • Prepare and submit invoices, including backup documentation, via email or customer portals

  • Post invoices promptly once submitted

  • Review, process, and approve vendor invoices for payment

  • Maintain organized billing records while ensuring compliance with company procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to handle high-volume tasks quickly and accurately

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer applications

  • Comfortable learning and applying new processes effectively

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
