Billing Specialist - Foothill Ranch, CA (Temp to Hire, On-Site) Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated by accuracy? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and teamwork are valued? If so, this could be the role for you. We're seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring billing and vendor invoices are processed smoothly, accurately, and on time. What You'll Do: Generate and review customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency Prepare and submit invoices, including backup documentation, via email or customer portals Post invoices promptly once submitted Review, process, and approve vendor invoices for payment Maintain organized billing records while ensuring compliance with company procedures What We're Looking For: Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle high-volume tasks quickly and accurately Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer applications Comfortable learning and applying new processes effectively What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Paid training and opportunities for professional development A Monday-Friday schedule with minimal overtime Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
