Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Auditor to join theircorporate audit team. This position plays a critical role in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, and providing insights to strengthen financial integrity across a large, diversified organization. The Senior Auditor will oversee audit engagements from planning through reporting, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with leadership to enhance operational and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead audit engagements from risk assessment and planning through execution and reporting. Review and test internal controls, accounting policies, and financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other applicable standards. Supervise and mentor staff auditors, providing training, feedback, and performance guidance. Analyze contracts, leases, and financial agreements to ensure proper accounting treatment under ASC 606, ASC 842, and related standards. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency, and present practical recommendations to management. Draft audit reports and communicate findings to business unit leaders and senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5+ years of progressive public accounting or internal audit experience, with strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
