Great Hill is seeking a Senior Administrator in Washington, D.C. The objective of this work is for the Senior Administrator serves as the primary liaison between the contractor team and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring effective communication, timely reporting, and resolution of technical issues. This role requires regular engagement with the COR to discuss deliverables, monitor progress, and exchange critical information.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Reporting & Communication: Provide a comprehensive Monthly Progress Report to both the Director of M/CFO/CMP (or designee) and the COR, detailing the status of ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage Great Hill Solutions (GHS) personnel assigned to the contract, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. The Senior Administrator reports directly to the Director or designee, who collaborates on duty assignments and scheduling to meet contract objectives efficiently.
  • Performance Oversight: Maintain continuous communication with the Director and COR to keep them informed of team progress, ensuring all contractor activities align with USAID's strategic goals and the approved project plan.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide supervision, technical guidance, and performance oversight for the contractor team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  • Contractual Deliverables: Prepare and submit monthly reports on behalf of the contractor, covering key performance metrics such as payments, discounts, penalties, IPAC postings, close-out actions, filing initiatives, and other financial matters.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Abachelor's degreeand aminimum of ten (10) years of experience in government payment and payroll activities.
    -or -fifteen (15) years of experiencein the above activities in lieu of a degree.
  • Highly desired experience with USAID and Department of State functions, including Payroll; Accounts Reconciliation; Voucher Examination; Risk Assessment; Financial Management, and Advisory Services.

  • Clearance: Must be eligible for and able to maintain a Secret-level security clearance.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with federal financial systems, reporting tools, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
