Overview

As the Senior Program Manager at Array Digital Infrastructure, a TDS Company, you will take the lead on a large-scale network deployment project that makes a real impact. You will guide the successful completion of 2,000+ projects, ensuring they align with engineering, regulatory, construction, and leasing standards. You will create a seamless and responsive experience for our customers, all while driving network expansion and supporting revenue growth. You will be at the center of meeting critical targets for cycle time and customer satisfaction-your leadership will shape both the project's success and our customers' experience.

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Chicago, IL office Monday through Wednesday, and the flexibility to work remotely from a home office on Thursdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

Lead a nationwide, high-volume network deployment program, managing over 2,000 projects to support a customer's large-scale integration project, ensuring compliance with engineering, regulatory, and real estate standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact for wireless carriers, ensuring responsiveness, transparency, and proactive communication throughout the deployment process.
  • Develop and maintain regular program status reporting. Communicate program status to senior customer leadership and internal leadership on a routine basis.
  • Oversee end-to-end deployment processes from site readiness through integration, aligning internal teams and external partners to meet aggressive deployment targets.
  • Direct comprehensive vendor management and/or staffing strategy, overseeing a diverse portfolio of architectural, engineering (A&E), permitting, construction vendors, and staffing firms across multiple regions to support scalable deployment operations.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, SOWs, and pricing structures, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality, compliance, and on-time performance across a large volume of concurrent projects.
  • Build and maintain a national vendor network capable of supporting evolving deployment demands; evaluate vendor capacity, expand partner pools, and execute onboarding for rapid mobilization.
  • Develop scalable network deployment strategies and alternative implementation models to support customer needs and accelerate network buildout timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including NEPA, SHPO, FAA, and FCC, embedding standards into vendor scopes and deployment workflows.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR 4+ years professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing large scale wireless deployments
  • 7+ years of continuous and progressive experience in a project leader OR project manager role with direct accountability for managing project resources
