Account Coordinator

Do you have dispatch or logistics experience and thrive in a high-volume, detail-driven environment? Staffmark is seeking an Account Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal teams. This role goes far beyond basic call center work - it requires mid-level dispatching experience and the ability to manage fast-paced, complex operations with accuracy.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Saturday-Monday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Wednesday - Friday 8:00 PM-8:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage and respond to 300+ daily emails with accuracy and professionalism.
• Use dispatch and scheduling systems (TES, LME, FourKites, OTR, Retailix, Retail Link, UNFI, One Network, etc.) to track shipments and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal partners.
• Troubleshoot delivery, scheduling, and service problems quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
• Identify cost-effective and creative solutions to meet customer goals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or logistics.
• Prior experience in dispatching or logistics highly preferred (not a call center environment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
