Overview

Serve as the command center for IT delivery across the enterprise, driving governance, portfolio management, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll ensure all technology initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and executed to maximize business value, while enabling transparency and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Pay Range: $140,000 - $185,000

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic direction for a significant IT function that aligns with enterprise goals
  • Guide and mentor directors and senior managers while fostering the development of high-performing and accountable teams
  • Ensure the successful delivery of complex initiatives with a focus on balancing innovation, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with business, product, and technology leaders to spearhead transformation, enhance digital capabilities, and achieve measurable value
  • Manage functional budgets, staffing plans, vendor relationships, and performance outcomes to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Act as a pivotal contributor to enterprise IT governance, strategy, and risk mitigation initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory and security standards
  • Promote a culture centered around continuous improvement, agile delivery, and customer-centric approaches throughout teams and initiatives
  • Collaborate across portfolio management, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic priorities
  • Remain knowledgeable about emerging technologies and industry trends to guide strategic planning and identify innovation opportunities
  • Establish/maintain a high-performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics
  • Acknowledge and reward employee contributions and achievements
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education / Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Information Systems, or related discipline) is preferred
    • A minimum of 12 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wide digital transformation or strategic programs, including at least five (5) years in senior leadership roles
    • Demonstrated success in managing multi-year, cross-domain transformation initiatives that have measurable business impact is preferred

    • Proven expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership
    • Extensive knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and best practices
    • Independently manage complex tasks and projects
