Description This is a 6-month contract to hire, joining an IT Desktop Services team in an operational support role on-site. Candidates will be responsible for tickets and break/fix resolution, working collaboratively with a large team to handle new technology roll-outs and general L2 tickets escalated from the service desk. The candidate selected will be expected to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and MUST have their own reliable vehicle with the ability to use it to go site-site as needed.
