Marketing Manager Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months (Potential for Extension) Overview: We are seeking a driven, and curious marketing professional to join the North America Intermediary Marketing Team. This contractor will play a pivotal role in executing integrated marketing campaigns that directly impact brand awareness, consideration, and product adoption. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and execute marketing strategies for launching registered investment products. * Manage integrated marketing campaigns and ensure timely delivery of key assets. * Collaborate with internal teams (content, digital, PR, product, legal, sales) to develop marketing materials including: * Collateral * Web content * Sales tools * Social media posts * Paid search ads * Emails * Event deliverables * Coordinate weekly communications across marketing channels. * Support national accounts and sales teams with channel-specific initiatives. * Track and report campaign performance with analytics teams. * Manage compliance submissions and approvals for all marketing materials. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience. * Proven success in leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent project management and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with 40 Act rules and ETF/registered product distribution. * Experience in financial services or product marketing. * Research and project-based experience with a strategic mindset. * Collaborative team player with a passion for learning and digital marketing. Work Schedule & Environment: * Hours: Approx. 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET (some flexibility available). * Hybrid work model. If interested please apply!
