Queue work is done meeting SLA's b. Monitor queue, dashboards, and other work intake tools to prioritize your daily work c. Monitor Teams rooms and chats to stay current on impacts and issues impacting EFT d. Escalate and communicate impacts/issues as needed e. Assist teammates by working across multiple applications and/or verticals f. Maintain and update documentation related to your applications/verticals g. Work incidents, change requests, deployments, problem tickets, etc. 2. Establish and maintain positive business partner relationships a. Have regular meetings with L2 and Dev teams for apps you are supporting to get and give feedback b. Look for improvements 3. Team Relationships a. Build and maintain positive relationships with team peers b. Freely mentor, coach and provide knowledge transfer to team mates c. Complete admin tasks like updating documentation, KI's, etc. d. Collaborate with others 4. Innovation/Process Improvement Central Command provides 24x7 technical support for all EFT production applications, ensuring smooth operations, application availability & batch processing health. We are the first line of defense team who monitors, troubleshoots, and strives to resolve all technical production issues. We also execute automated application deployments and assist with BCP switchover activities. Applications are on-prem, vendor/SAS, hybrid-cloud and moving to public cloud. US Shift covers from 8 a.m. EST to 6 p.m. PST. Services we provide to our customers: * Batch monitoring and support * Application monitoring and support * Mainframe operations for EFT apps * Incident management, including support for major incidents (MIMs) impacting EFT * Change & release management * BCP event support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Sys Ops *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00/hr.
