Job Description: 1. This role will drive complex and cross-functional enterprise projects across the enterprise 2. Work closely with diverse project teams (matrixed org), maintaining project schedules and all supporting documents to ensure program/project is delivered within scope, schedule, cost, and specifications and to the satisfaction of stakeholders and sponsors. 3. and influence project sponsors, stakeholders and the core project team members in the successful completion / implementation of goals. 4. Establish, analyze, and maintain scope, project plans, resources, report progress as required, generate risk assessments, escalate issues, facilitate project review presentations and meetings related to the projects/programs involving multiple stakeholders 5. Create and maintain an Epic and Features roadmap, aligning with business goals and objectives. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize Epics and Features based on business value and impact. 7. Track progress and ensure that the roadmap is updated regularly to reflect changes in priorities and scope. 8. Serves as a liaison between Corporate and other Divisional teams; Develop, foster, and manage relationships with project/program sponsor(s) to influence effective decision making across the enterprise 9. Support change management at the organizational level *Skills* Agile, Epics, Project management, strategic management, HR, talent acquisition, ms suite, Azure DevOps *Top Skills Details* Agile,Epics,Project management *Additional Skills & Qualifications/ *What will make the candidate stand out: MBA, PMP and/or Agile certifications, or other relevant study Global Human Capital Management (HCM) experience Experience implementing Workday The experience the candidate will bring: 1. 7-10 years progressive experience in project/program management skills, techniques and methodology (Waterfall & Agile) 2. Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. 3. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, and ability to coach teams on Agile adoption and continuous improvement. 4. Experience in breaking down Epics into smaller, manageable Features and user stories. 5. Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of new features and changes on the overall project timeline and deliverables 6. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, exhibit poise and exercise diplomacy in communication, ability to influence others toward consensus, conflict management and decision-making, and to direct work for project office colleague(s) 7. Must be a self-starter, have demonstrated experience in a lead role, be well organized, able to coordinate multiple work streams, effectively managing their time and be a strong leader who can adapt rapidly to new developments and changing priorities 8. Experience comprehending, explaining and executing various areas of Human Resources, e.g., talent acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation, etc. 9. Experience working with cross-functional teams - including IT and third-party vendors 10. Proficiency in using Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps. 11. Highly skilled in MS productivity tools (SharePoint, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel), and other presentation and other collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, and Planview 12. Strong in critical thinking, data analysis and reporting, risk and controls, and process improvement *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $78.87 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
