Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager (PM) with specialized expertise in Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) to lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, patient safety, and asset management across our healthcare facilities. This role is pivotal in driving the deployment and optimization of RTLS technologies within clinical environments, ensuring alignment with the client's mission to deliver compassionate, personalized care. *Key Responsibilities:* * Lead end-to-end RTLS implementation projects across multiple Health sites, from planning through go-live and post-deployment support * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical engineering, IT, nursing leadership, and vendor partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations * Manage stakeholder communications, risk mitigation strategies, and change management processes * Ensure RTLS solutions meet regulatory compliance, cybersecurity standards, and interoperability with existing systems (e.g., EHR, CMMS) * Oversee vendor performance, contract adherence, and service-level agreements * Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess ROI, user adoption, and system performance * Provide training and support materials for clinical and operational staff *Requirements:* * Experience with RTLS applications, specifically Centrak. * Familiarity with DICOM routing and configuration of radiology systems. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as tagging and integrating devices. * Strong organizational and documentation skills. * No specific programming languages or coding skills required, as the role focuses on system configuration. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a mid-level system administration role. * Ability to work collaboratively with system administrators. * Knowledge of DICOM. * Knowledge of systems implementation, including analysis, specification design, and implementation. * Experience interacting with customers to gather and understand their business requirements. * Experience in developing technical and user documentation. * Knowledge and experience with hospital systems and business practices. * Ability to stay knowledgeable about healthcare technology trends. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
