Consumer Loan Reporting Analyst
The Consumer Loan Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the production reporting and management of all reports contained in the Consumer Loan Center (CLC) collections portfolio including regulatory and compliance reporting. This includes the development, modification and support of these reports. This position also provides accurate and timely reporting and is responsible for validating and testing data with other known sources or reports. The Analyst is responsible for in the development, execution and analysis of projects, assisting in additional requests for data and reporting as needed while maintaining positive relationship and communication with other internal customers. Position Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, moderate, and simple report changes/updates with a focus on enhancements and efficiencies.
- Development of new reports using Business Intelligence while maintaining data integrity
- Write, test, and manage complex Excel functions with minimal supervision.
- Communicate directly with CLC and Collection Managers to highlight data anomalies and or trend changes.
- Assist in additional requests outside of production reporting.
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously, and monitor progress to meet expectations - deadlines ADHOC report request might be made as a part of a research project.
- Provide decision support information and analysis to CLC and Retail department managers through the execution of Business Intelligence (reporting) tools and Microsoft Reporting Tools. This includes testing and validating reports to ensure accuracy.
- Provide audits of all various reports and compliance reviews including internal audits and external exams across multiple areas within CLC and operational risk activities.
- This individual will be required to provide ADHOC report information to the CLC compliance group for special focused audits.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Financial Services
- 2 years of experience in report writing
- 2 years of experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio (Power BI preferred)
- 1 year of experience in consumer loans or mortgages
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
