Job Summary:

The ERP Solution Delivery Consultant will be part of the Enterprise Business Applications team supporting digital transformation projects in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and complementary applications such as Customer Engagement and Power Platform. The individual in this role will work on a team of technology leaders, solution architects, software developers, business analysts, quality assurance, functional design, and various members to guide project work to successful completion. This role will be responsible for supporting the review of client's needs to build and maintain strong delivery as well as ensure client expectations are successfully delivered.

Job Duties:



  • Participates in defining needs and maintains strategic relationships with client personnel
  • Understands client expectations and regularly communicates project updates to keep project delivery on course
  • Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements
  • Supports the vision of the project solution
  • Prepares and provides updates to project plan
  • Documents detailed work plans in Azure DevOps
  • Prepares formal and informal presentations for client meetings
  • Works as part of the project team, including BDO consultants and client team members, participating in scrums, planning, and status meetings
  • Supports the project change plan, including identification of new scope and preparation of change orders
  • Provides project support for assessment, implementation, and optimization engagements
  • Works with Delivery Lead and Project Managers to ensure that BDO's project governance framework is applied to projects and that governance documentation is maintained, published, and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standards
  • Provides timely project communications to the client including regular status reports and steering committee presentations
  • Supports monitoring of project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities as directed
  • Participates with ongoing refinement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts and templates, mentors colleagues, and provides guidance and support

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree AND three (3) or more years of industry experience with ERP solution delivery, required; OR
  • High School Diploma/GED AND five (5) or more years of industry experience with ERP solution delivery, required


Experience:



  • Three (3) or more years ERP solution delivery experience including the support of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes, and quality, required
  • Experience with project planning, scoping and management skills, required
  • Experience with business process analysis & design and process flow skills, required
  • Experience in planning, managing scope, timeline, or budget, required
  • Client facing consulting experience, preferred


License(s)/Certification(s):



  • PMP, preferred


Software:



  • Experience with one (1) or more of the following solutions, required:

    • HCM
    • Custom Applications
    • Data analytics
    • ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, CE)
    • NetSuite
    • CRM
    • Cybersecurity

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, required
  • MS Project, preferred
  • Azure DevOps experience, preferred
  • Microsoft Project experience, preferred
  • Smartsheet experience, preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $79,000 - $135,000
Maryland Range: $79,000 - $135,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $79,000 - $135,000
