MUST have at least 1 yrs of CDL driving experience. MUST have Passenger Endorsement. MUST have Air Brake Endorsement. MUST have a valid DOT medical certificate. The Spirit of the Position: The DOT Transportation Road Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of CDL drivers and to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies. This role involves supervising driver schedules, route planning, safety training, compliance tracking, and performance management to ensure efficient and safe transportation of passengers.
