National Grid is looking for an Associate Distribution Analyst/Specialist to join the Distribution Planning & Asset Management (DPAM) team in New York. This position primarily focuses on the planning of distributed generation (DG), overseeing and reviewing all aspects of DG connections in compliance with the New York State Standardized Interconnection requirements. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert (SME), collaborating with other engineers to improve system resilience and refine internal business processes to facilitate DG interconnections in line with clean energy objectives. This role aims to enhance customer service quality by optimizing the use of existing systems and processes to fulfill the Company's clean energy commitments. Key Accountabilities

Salary: $67,000 - $79,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
