Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and oversee document control procedures and systems (e.g., CPro), ensuring accurate records, version control, and compliance with retention policies.
  • Review documents for accuracy and adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards; conduct audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
  • Partner with internal teams to promote consistent documentation practices, provide document access support, and train staff on control procedures.
  • Manage Manufacturing and Quality Alert processes; deliver onboarding training for new hires on quality systems and shop floor procedures.
  • Coordinate LPA scheduling, documentation, and CAPA tracking; analyze audit data to drive continuous improvement across departments.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required. Some college or technical schooleducation in business administration, information management, or arelated field is preferred. Previous training or certification in auditing ofquality management systems (e.g., ISO9001, IATF 16949) can also bebeneficial.
  • Proficiency in document management systems (DMS) like SharePoint, CPro or CQuest.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with database management, data entry, and electronic filing practices.
  • Understanding of IATF and Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) related to document control (e.g., IATF, ISO, VDA).
  • Ability to create, revise, and review technical documents.
