Certification & Education

- Active Top Secret security Clearance
- Must have an active U.S. Passport and be able to travel globally (travel can be up to 25% of the year)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a discipline applicable to the position.

Experience Required
|
- Ability to produce reports and briefings using MS 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Edge) suitable for submission to General/Flag Officers
- Prior experience within the USCENTCOM AOR
- Experience within a Geographic Combatant Command staff
- A minimum of ten years of theatre security cooperation strategy and plans experience, a demonstrated knowledge of DoD, and experience as a senior level professional on a multidisciplinary team. Experience at United States Central Command is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of all task requirements including Country and Global Campaign, QRR, SC, Joint, Emergent / Ad Hoc and Contingency / Operation Plans Readiness Assessments.
- Basic level or Intermediate level Certification in SC Planning, Oversight, and Execution Management AOC is preferred.

Job Objective
The TSC Senior Strategist and Planner / Country Plan Manager provides program and analysis subject matter expertise to develop, produce, and implement USCENTCOM Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) strategy and plans. The Contractor shall possess knowledge, skills and abilities to develop TSC plans and associated/required documents in support of Security Cooperation (SC) such as the USCENTCOM Campaign Plan (CCP), USCENTCOM Campaign Order (CCO), Country Security Cooperation Plans (CSCPs) and other higher headquarters strategies, objectives and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Recommends and coordinates changes to CSCP content needed to support changing Command priorities and objectives.
- Coordinates initial CSCP (Country Security Cooperation Plans) revision and subordinate command recommendations.
- Participates in various working groups and Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) to include but not limited to; Planning and Resource Alignment Conference (PRAC), Middle East Air Defense (MEAD) Working Group, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Working Group, and LOE Working Group.
- Assists in the development of briefings, scripts and documents to support the planning, organization and execution of various forums and conferences.
- Provide direct support to plan, organize, and execute at a minimum two (2) major SC (Security Cooperation) planning cycle events each year.
- Function as the USCENTCOM data manager for the Concept and Funding Request (CFR) System and the Socium management information system.
