Location Type: This is a remote position.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Manage all sales-side details related to accurate and timely processing of quarterly sales commission.
  • Coordinate preparation for SD's and VP's that supports timely completion of various reports and presentations to exco and BoM. i.e., Monthly Sales Report, Summary presentations of Annual Orders Plan and Quarterly forecasts.
  • Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for sales team.
  • Monitor PO approvals and act as needed to ensure approval within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Operate general office equipment for various applications, such as database and document management and word processing.
  • Collaborates with members of the sales, marketing, finance, legal, or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.
  • Applies quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Guides and trains the development team on Salesforce.com, ensures accuracy of CRM entry by development and enforces CRM best practices across the team.
  • Support Sales Team as needed.
  • Acts as a liaison between sales and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with Special Projects as assigned bySales VPs.
  • Backup to Sales Administrator including marking quotes as sent/set up jobs, complete Customer Initiated Questionnaires, and assign Leads.
  • Create reports and dashboards as required by the business.
  • Follow mapping and enrichment rules to make legacy data compliant with new CRM requirements.
  • Attend and participate in meetings involvingSalesforceprojects to assist CRM & Analytics Manager as needed.
  • Assist Salesforce users in the utilization of the system as needed.
  • Assist Accounting with validating various data on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Assist with Salesforcemaintenance.
  • Set up new users.
  • Promptly respond to and prioritize/triage support tickets.
  • Perform system administration for Ariba.

What You'll Bring:

  • Associates degree or advanced education; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a professional working environment highly preferred.
  • Experience providing administrative support to multiple parties simultaneously.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Outlook (calendar scheduling) and Concur (creating and managing travel arrangements), Microsoft certification a plus.
  • Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work with the ability to take on full ownership of assigned work.
  • Strong interpersonal and project/time management skills.
  • History of excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive material and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while having strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Duties include packing, re-stocking, and carrying items.
