Your role
Manage and develop the regional service operations team, including optimizing operational performance and driving regional service business results.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement more efficient processes in the planning of service technicians in the region and administer MAM customers in the region. Manage and develop Regional Service Operations Team into a modern, professional, and cost-efficient business unit with full customer dedication. Develop and train regional employees to optimize operational performance and promote upward mobility within the assigned region.
- Implement training for sustainable growth and consolidation of the competence of the region. Prepare a training plan for new service employees in the region. Conduct training and competence development of personnel in order to have the right people at the right time in the right positions. Manage resources to ensure financial and WIP targets in the region are met reduce the level of Service Plan over-due visits. Achieve Regional and Divisional results as per yearly objectives as stated in the variable compensation.
- Make use of all available sales, marketing, and logistic tools such as Visitour to reduce travel times. Also use IPSM, E-learning, etc. to ensure continuous improvement in all processes and strengthened customer relationships. Manage MAM support. Provide leadership and supervision of Service Managers in the region. Focus on continuous data cleansing with a particular focus on data quality.
- Monitor compliance with internal rules, specifically ensuring alignment of all regional service operations to other regional and national service operations. Serve as the Prevention advisor of the site (PASS) for the assigned region including conducting risk analyses, providing training, preparing reports and safety statistics, and root-cause analysis of safety incidents with a focus on mitigating and preventing future accidents. Work in a safe manner and support the "Safety First" process.
- Support the NPS process to successfully develop our customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
- Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

- 10+ years' experience working together with the Atlas Copco service organization, with increasing levels of responsibility and a minimum of 5 years' experience effectively leading teams.
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Business or/ Economics or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good knowledge of operational processes. Very good knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes MAM, BPCS and BPCS Queries. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to work independently. High level of initiative, commitment, and perseverance. Strong team orientation and focus on team building. Willingness to travel 50% of the time. Knowledge of utilization and productivity. Valid driver's license is required.
