Qualifications include previous teaching experience as a studio instructor in voice, and a visible and significant record of professional performance experience. Duties of the instructor include giving 50-minute lessons per week to a studio of 11 singers, ranging in voice types from soprano to baritone, conducting a weekly studio class, and overseeing student progress towards recitals. Instruction is at the university undergraduate and graduate level for vocal performance majors. Applicants should hold an appropriate educational degree and professional experience.
