Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in supporting our HVAC/R service and installation operations by overseeing all warehouse activities, including inventory management, equipment staging, and material handling. This position ensures that technicians have the tools, parts, and materials they need to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
The Warehouse Supervisor manages daily operations across multiple storage areas, verifies the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintains organized, secure facilities. This hands-on leadership role drives team performance, promotes safety, and helps keep our field operations running smoothly for exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and maintaining the quality of goods.
- Monitor, measure, and report the effectiveness of warehouse operations and employee performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas across multiple buildings to ensure efficient operations and easy accessibility.
- Verify accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions to maintain reliable records.
- Communicate job expectations, supervise daily operations, and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
- Determine staffing needs, assign workloads, and oversee scheduling to optimize productivity.
- Maintain inventory records and documentation, using reports to track and project warehouse status.
- Identify and implement improvements to work procedures, introducing innovative or updated practices as needed.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Secure the campus by locking and checking all areas at the end of each workday.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle as needed.
- Forklift operation experience and ability to operate standard hand tools safely.
- Ability to safely hook up, back up, and secure items on or in trailers as needed.
- Must be able to perform routine inspections of storage areas and complete tasks requiring mobility across multiple buildings.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills, including the ability to delegate effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in warehouse and storage areas.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including temperature changes.
