DOE up to $26ish 1st Normail 8am - 4:30pm M-F Madison, WI Job Category: Skilled Trades Job Details: Responsibilities / Duties: Ensure that the physical aspects of multiple properties meet company standards and applicable laws Competently diagnose problems and make repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair Develop an understanding of the company portfolio, inventory, and SOP's Communicate with the Property Management team to ensure that property residents and owners are kept in the loop on applicable maintenance projects Complete work-order reports thoroughly Handle and document inventory appropriately Understand the general facets of property management Complete work orders and handle inventory Interact professionally with residents, office staff, and vendors as needed Requirements: Experience in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair Driver's license and insured personal vehicle for daily use (Company pays mileage). Live within a 30 miles radius of downtown Madison, WI Comfortable using computers and smart phones preferred Hours / Benefits: This is a full time position Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm Overtime: On-call and weekend hours as-needed Salary is based on experience Paid holidays and vacation Benefits available Company phone Reimbursed Mileage
