Key Responsibilities:



  • Client Engagement/Relationship Management:


  • Own responsibility for managing large global clients or multiple small- to mid-sized clients.


  • Serve as the go-to person for analyst support and act as a second point of escalation.


  • Act as the liaison across IPG analytics for own clients and effectively engage with other teams.


  • Identify additional business opportunities across multiple clients.


  • Be adept at identifying the need for and delivering custom solutions.


  • Data Strategy, Analysis, and Optimization:


  • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative data collection and transformation approaches, aligning strategies with business priorities.


  • Ensure the collection of all necessary data for understanding the business, managing sensitive data conversations, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.


  • Manage analysis and modeling implementation across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent and high-quality output.


  • Collaborate with clients, agency leaders, and analytics teams to understand and clarify client needs, aligning analysis and modeling approaches with broader business goals.


  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analyses and experience, presenting results and new business opportunities to stakeholders with authority and conviction.


  • Ensure the effectiveness of cross-channel response analytics and media plan optimization across a portfolio of clients.


  • Applied Development:


  • Understand how measurement techniques (machine learning/econometric techniques) apply to business programs.


  • Create prototypes that work on real data.


  • Provide direction for standardization and collaboration on code and technical projects that is aligned to senior leadership.


  • Write technical documentation.


  • Innovation & Thought Leadership:


  • Provide thought leadership by assisting with writing white papers, new business approaches, and continuous updates to marketing materials.


  • Stay apprised of analytics and media trends.


  • Routinely identify and apply improvements in processes and methodologies.


Required Skills & Competencies:



  • Deep subject matter expertise and thought leadership in statistics and econometrics.


  • Broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories or trends.


  • Proven ability to proactively identify and solve problems that impact the management and direction of the business.


  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies.


  • Strong people management skills, including performance appraisals, coaching, and development.
