You will leverage cutting-edge LLM and agentic AI technologies to design, build, and maintain AI components to rapidly iterate on user-facing features.

This role requires intellectual curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment - we're looking for people who thrive even when the roadmap is still being drawn. Effective communication skills are essential to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams.

  • Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to map out the system and identify opportunities for internal development.
  • Manage the incremental transition of features from vendor control to internal ownership while ensuring business continuity.

Prototype, Develop & Deploy AI Models and Agents

  • Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based solutions (e.g., Gemini, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral) for chatbot and business applications.
  • Develop AI agents capable of reasoning and multi-step task execution to extend chatbot automation.
  • Build frameworks to monitor agent performance, safety, bias, and reliability, integrating human-in-the-loop feedback.
  • Rapidly prototype and test new AI-driven tools and solutions based on user feedback and data analysis.

Front-End Development & User Experience Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis to optimize chatbot interaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure seamless and effective user experiences.
  • Experience with front-end development is a plus for building, maintaining, and improving chatbot user interface components.

Learning, Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration

  • Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, LLM technologies, and front-end development best practices.
  • Share insights and findings through documentation, presentations, and workshops with team members and stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert internally, helping non-technical teams understand AI capabilities and limitations.

What you will need:

  • Education: Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields (required).
  • Experience: 6 or more years of related professional experience.
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • Insatiable intellectual curiosity
