ResponsibilitiesListen to and understand customer requirements, translating them into thorough feature proposals and justifications to secure stakeholder alignment.Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver assigned features, managing scope and timelines effectively.Collect, analyze, and interpret performance metrics related to product features, forming hypotheses for incremental improvements.Understand the organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), align related projects, work items, and measure the impact on key results.Support an inclusive team environment by encouraging open communication and collaboration, ensuring all team members contribute effectively to product development and strategy.Demonstrate strong technical problem-solving, communication skills, and experience with system architecture.Identify opportunities and explore innovative solutions to complex problems. | |
