This position is eligible for a $2,000 signing bonus!

    • Employee must start by September 30, 2025
    • $1,000 to be paid following successful completion of your first 30 days of employment.
    • $1,000 to be paid following the successful completion of your first 120 days of employment.
Job Description

The Personal Banker Team Lead utilizes their talents and experience to ensure the delivery of an acutely focused client experience while assisting clients in achieving their financial goals. They will have mastered providing a level of client experience that exceeds clients' expectations and consistently meets performance objectives. In addition, they will provide peer support to deliver the expansion and retention of client relationships through a consultative needs-based advisory process. The Personal Banker Team Lead will also spend time coaching and mentoring other new and tenured team members to achieve greater performance in accordance with established objectives. They ensure individual and team ownership of the BOKF brand experience through the delivery of best-in-class client experience.

During your first nine weeks of employment, you will participate in a comprehensive training program. Please note that the training schedule may differ from your regular work schedule, and you may be required to train at a different location before being permanently assigned to a branch.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will primarily be responsible for ensuring the delivery of an acutely focused client experience while assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.
  • You will lead by example through superior client experience delivery, while supporting client financial expectations through a consultative needs based approach to understanding priorities. While providing consultative conversations to existing and prospective clients you will assess their financial needs and offer bank products and services to help clients accomplish their financial goals.
  • You will support the day-to-day banking center client interactions and client experience delivery to include superior research and resolution of the most complex problems while ensuring the retention and growth of client relationships.
  • You will foster an environment of team engagement and commitment to the bank's shared resource strategy; supports teammate engagement, and preparation, and achieves shared resource commitments.
  • You will move between Banking Centers as directed to provide peer coaching and subject matter expertise required to achieve client experience outcomes.
  • You will support the implementation of department programs to comply with internal control, audit, security, and compliance policies and procedures and laws and regulations.
  • You will develop and maintain partnerships with representatives of other Bank lines of business.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of sales or customer service or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills; effectively and courteously providing customer information, resolving issues, and gaining information by asking appropriate questions
  • Excellent written communication skills demonstrated by professional etiquette, proper grammar, and punctuation
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to successfully navigate a variety of programs while maintaining efficiency, are required for success
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong time management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Digitally dexterous, adept at using digital technology, and ability to lead change by developing tasks and objectives towards the goal
  • Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in order to reconcile accounts
  • Good PC application skills including word processing and spreadsheet packages and other various systems
  • Knowledge of consumer banking products/services, and traditional and alternative financial services delivery preferred systems
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer financial products and services (full knowledge of core banking center financial products and working knowledge of non-core products such as mortgage, investment, business banking, and treasury)
  • Strong knowledge of retail bank operations
