Job Title - IC Test Technician Location - San Diego, CA (Onsite) Duration - 2 Months Shift: Night * Working Days: [Wed-Fri, alt Sat] OR [alt Sat, Sun-Tues] * Start/End Time: 7PM-7:30AM Job Description: Education Requirement (please specify required or preferred) High school diploma or GED equivalent (required). Associate's degree or certification in Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field (preferred). Coursework in basic electronics, circuit testing, or manufacturing (preferred) Top 5 Required Skills: Ability to multitask and optimize time allocation Attention to detail Ability to focus for long periods of time Ability to establish a steady pace and work diligently with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication Job Description Overview (day-to-day, what will they actually be doing?): Swapping ICs and running tests on automated test stations Observing, documenting and resolving errors in test flow Organizing inventory, retrieving resources, and coordinating with other team members to maintain continuous test flow Physical Requirements: Hand dexterity - ability to precisely manipulate small and fragile objects Ability to read very fine print (with aid of magnifying glass) Ability to carry up to 20lbs for short distances
