Job Title: International Ops Specialist III
Department: International Ops
We are looking for a bilingual International Operations ("Ops") Specialist III who is fluent in both English & Korean to join our International Operations ("Ops") team. The International Ops Specialist III will be responsible for assisting the International Ops team in processing and servicing Trade Finance and Lines of Credit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the issuance and negotiation of Letters of Credit and oversee collection processes for international trade and related international wire transfers.
- Build and maintain relationships with international customers, providing tailored financial services.
- Ensure adherence to global regulations, such as AML and KYC, OFAC etc.
- Implement and manage systems to support international trade services data.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience in banking required.
- Good knowledge of international trade finance operations and documentation, regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations.
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Ability to response effectively to sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.
- Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
- Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred.
