We are currently hiring a Pouching Operator to join our production team in St. Ansgar, Iowa. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering consistent hours and 3-day weekends every week. As a Pouching Operator, you'll be responsible for operating packaging machinery that produces oatmeal pouches for major household brands.

In this role, you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated pouching equipment. You'll monitor production lines to ensure efficiency and perform quality control checks to maintain product standards. You'll work closely with supervisors, mill operators, quality assurance technicians, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and a clean, safe work environment.

We're looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in food manufacturing, machine operation, or forklift operation is preferred but not required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
