Primary Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines and goals, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
    • Conduct research and gather data for project-specific requirements and regulations.
    • Prepare, organize, and submit required documents and presentations for client meetings and regulatory compliance.
    • Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries.
    • Adjust to changing project needs while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Position Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of administrative experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Strong contract administration skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
    • Passion for customer service, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving skills.
